Since returning to Invercargill in May 2013 Dave has wasted no time getting involved in the local music scene. He played Johnny Casino in IMTs production of Grease, was a featured artist in the Southland Entertainer of the Year awards night, a soloist in JCDs Entertainments production of Hippy, Hippy Shake and part of the company who performed the music of Fleetwood Mac and The Eagles to a sell out crowd at the Civic Theatre in May.
Dave’s first love is musical theatre and some performance highlights include playing Old Deuteronomy in Cats, Jesus and Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar and Jean Valjean in several productions of Les Miserables. He was also a Phantom understudy and company member of the touring Australian production of Phantom of the Opera.
Dave enjoys performing a wide variety of music genres and is now thrilled to add ABBA to his repertoire.
